The last three days I've been working. Yes, you heard me correctly - working. My friend Lynette and I along with two other ladies that work for her are transforming our church's youth rooms. We've had artistic help from our friend Sandy Carter who has volunteered her time and without whom we would have been freaking out. We're having a great time in the process. I just know the kids are going to love it. At least I hope they do. So far we've gone from this in our middle school classroom:
To this:
They're going to hang pictures of all the kids on their mission trips and taking part in various summer activities inside these frames.
And this one, when it's completed is at the front of the room where they will show their powerpoint presentations.
They're not great photos, the colors are more vivid than these portray. I'll take more later and hope for better results. We've also finished another room and a large closet they intend to use for media productions. Next week it's off to the high school classroom where we intend to jazz the joint up considerably.
For now... heigh ho heigh ho it's off to work I go!
