Vonnie tagged me to come up with eight random things about myself. So here goes:
1. Before I knew myself very well I thought I was shy and had myself totally convinced that noone saw me and that if they did they certainly didn't think a second thougt about me. I was totally self-absorbed.
2. God began to reveal to me who I really am when I was 44 years old.
3. I have wasted a lot of time and today I try to make up for it and yet still find myself wasting time - for instance, I'm sitting here writing this!
4. "Grace" is the one word/concept I most delight in and cling to.
5. If I'd had a daughter, I would have named her Zoe Grace. Zoe is Greek for "life".
6. I have a passion for young people and showing them that they do not have to wait until they're 44 to know who God created them to be.
7. I love poetry. It speaks to my heart. I've written some.
8. I long to write but I don't know how to start. I long to paint but I don't know how to start that either. I'm a stronger finisher than I am a starter, I think, maybe.
Anyway, there are some random facts about me - some of them I didn't even know until I started writing!! Very interesting exercise.

reading your comment about Zoe meaning 'life' made me remember that I have your book of name meanings. i have been 'meaning' to give that back..!
Candy- I'm glad you did this,,,I think it's very cool what everyone reveals, feels etc.
It's great that your a strong finisher...I'm a strong starter and weak finisher so I believe that you got the better end..BUT, I will become the strong finisher!!!
